Its time to bite the bullet, do the one thing I have been procrastinating about for a long time. Yes you guessed it, Kayak Fishing Adventures has now gone fully social. We have a new facebook page and while it might take a while to catch up I can, and you will too, hopefully see all the the benefits. A few things have changed regarding linking blogs automatically to Facebook, but I may have found a work around (Using rss feeds, but this is beta mode testing ATM and not updating yet, time will tell).
One reason for stepping up is to communicate with a new site supporter and there Pro Staff sponsored anglers, a big round of applause for Bending Branches for joining the support team at www.kfa.net.au with generous sponsorship. It's not the only reason for stepping up to social media though and if I can get this feed working smoothly it's just another avenue for KFA to pursue, but this time with a twist. KFA has always been lacking a dedicated gallery and with so many images cluttering up our drives we will use FB as a way of showcasing them.
In due time we will be running 'Like' Facebook competitions associated with images and the like with product giveaways to boot. It will also be a great way to communicate directly with the team at KFA and ask questions, get feedback and vice versa.
